Artsy wedding at the Cotton Warehouse | Stephanie & Josh started their reception with a grand entrance to the vintage reception and continued to dance their special night away accompanied by their friends and family.
The bridal party entered the rustic reception hall toasting and cheering amid the exposed brick and wood interior. The bride and groom shared a romantic first dance under the warm, ambient lighting, before their bridal party rushed to join them and jump-start the celebration. The evening continued with a sit-down meal at beautifully decorated tables. Mason jar centerpieces filled with cotton rested on wood slates or purple hardcover books atop lilac tablecloths. Friends and family shared heartfelt, humorous speeches in honor of the happy couple, leading the toasts with wine and beer.
The bride and groom cut the cake, playfully shoving frosting into each other’s faces. Guests were encouraged to take a cupcake from the dessert table where a hand-lettered sign read: “Love is sweet, take a treat.” Then the bride danced with her father and the groom with his mother before everyone kicked off their shoes and partied the night away. As the reception went on, the bride tossed her purple and white bouquet and the groom shot the garter into groups of their unmarried friends. At the end of the night, the new Mr. and Mrs. made their wedding exit amidst a sea of bubbles and cheering guests.
